The SOUPer Bowl XIV Food Drive for Community Resource Services (CRS) is scheduled for Friday, October 25, 2024 at Avon Lake’s Memorial Football Stadium. This annual food drive is a friendly competition between Avon and Avon Lake to see which community can collect the most food and monetary donations for the CRS food pantry. This is CRS’s biggest food drive of the year! Donations can be dropped off at the CRS office or any school in Avon and Avon Lake
Since its inception in 2010, the SOUPer Bowl Food Drive has collected over 84,000 pounds of food and $169,406 in monetary donations.
The success of the SOUPer Bowl is a true testament to the wonderful communities that we live in and helps CRS continue its mission of diminishing the effects of poverty in Avon and Avon Lake.
